Flooring uv coating
The surface coating of flooring is mainly based on two-component PU paint and single component polyurethane wet curing. Later, the emergence of UV paint helped flooring achieve large-scale and industrial production. However, the traditional UV paint construction process for flooring is cumbersome and costly, which is an important challenge faced by flooring enterprises in the era of internal rolling. Mickey Paint launches ultra durable floor UV paint, which can be coated, packaged and stored in just 2-5 steps, replacing the traditional 8-11 layers.
Product Introduction
Flooring UV coating is a UV curable coating based on acrylate resin, combined with photoinitiators and additives. It cures instantly under UV light. It is eco-friendly, efficient, high hardness and wear-resistant, widely used for surface coating of various floors.
Application Scope
1.Solid wood flooring, engineered wood flooring, laminate flooring
2.SPC flooring, WPC flooring, PVC flooring
3.Bamboo flooring, outdoor wood flooring
4.Stair treads, wood furniture panels
Performance Characteristics
1.Fast curing: fully cured in 1–3 seconds under UV light.
2.High hardness & wear resistance: pencil hardness 2H–6H.
3.-friendly: low VOC, formaldehyde-free, heavy metal-free.
4.Excellent adhesion: no peeling or cracking.
5.Stain-proof, moisture-proof, easy to clean.
6.Anti-yellowing and good weather resistance.
