Curtain UV coating
Product Introduction
Curtain coating UV paint is full name of UV curable special curtain coating paint. It is a solvent-free 100% solid content environmentally friendly photocuring coating. It is mainly composed of modified epoxy acrylate and polyurethane acrylate resin, compounded with high-end photoinitiator, leveling agent, defoamer and anti-yellowing additives.
It forms a continuous and uniform paint curtain through curtain coater, the board passes through the paint curtain at a constant speed to complete automatic coating, and cross-links into a film instantly under UV ultraviolet light. It is specially adapted to flat board curtain coating production line, and can achieve mirror high gloss, high fullness and high permeability surface effect. It is a mainstream high-end coating material for furniture large boards, decorative wall panels and cabinet doors.
Curtain coating UV high-gloss large board: It is a decorative high-gloss board made of MDF, solid wood multi-layer board, melamine base board, calcium silicate board as substrate, through the complete process of primer sanding + curtain coating UV high-gloss topcoat + UV curing. It has strong mirror effect, high hardness, scratch resistance and yellowing resistance, widely used in whole house customization, custom furniture and background wall decoration.

Construction Equipment
Standard production line configuration for curtain coating UV high-gloss board:
Board loading machine → Double-sided dust remover → Primer roller coater → UV curing machine → Wide belt sander → Pre-curtain leveling roller coater → Curtain coater → IR infrared leveling machine → UV high-gloss curing machine → Cooling conveyor → Board collector
Core equipment description:
Curtain coater: Adjustable paint curtain thickness, anti-breakage and anti-bubble, conveyor speed 6~10m/min;
Roller coater: Used for primer and pre-curtain thin coating, uniform coating and improve adhesion;
IR infrared leveling machine: Temperature control 30~50℃, make curtain coating surface level naturally, eliminate orange peel and pinholes;
UV curing machine: Equipped with medium pressure mercury lamp / LED-UV lamp, power 80~120W/cm to meet curing energy;
Wide belt sander: 400#~600# sandpaper, fine sanding for primer to ensure flat and dust-free board surface.
